  • From where do you operate?
    We are local to Miami and ship all of our products from Miami Beach!
  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we do accept exchanges. You can email exchanges@shoptheoceanclub.com to request to exchange your product for a different style or size within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?
    Customers can cancel their order for a full refund as long as the product has not yet shipped. Customers should email info@shoptheoceanclub.com to request a cancellation. Typically, products ship 48 hours from the time of the order.
  • Do you ship packages internationally?
    At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States.
  • How do you price shipping?
    All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. Typically shipping is $7.00, but may increase for wholesale size orders.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
  • Do you offer loyalty points?
    Yes! We have our own Ocean Club Rewards Program. For every dollar spent, you earn 1 Palm Point. You can redeem 100 Palm Points for 10% off your entire cart, or save up 300 Palm Points for 50% off your entire cart. Get 50 Palm Points right away just for signing up on our site!😀
